Security & Privacy

Your security, your terms.

The infrastructure is built for worst-case assumptions. How much of yourself you share is entirely up to you.

Identity

As anonymous as you want it

Call signs are acceptable and no personal information is required. Enter only what is comfortable — MAP functions fully regardless of how much identity you choose to share.

Data & Privacy

End-to-end encrypted

Your group's data is encrypted in transit and at rest. End-to-end encryption means only you and your members can read what you share — not us, not third parties, not anyone monitoring the wire.

Offline & Air Gap

Works where the internet doesn't

A downloadable version of your group's skill modules and readiness assessment with to-do list is available that can be migrated to a machine that has never touched the internet — full air-gap capable.

The Three Pillars

Preparedness isn't just a checklist. It's a practice.

Most groups have the motivation. What they lack is the infrastructure. MAP gives your group a system to build real capability — so when something happens, you're not figuring it out for the first time.

And a checklist doesn't hurt either. MAP has those too — track your gear, your preps, and your progress while working alongside your community to build skills that actually stick.

Skills & Progression

Train like it's real. Track like it matters.

Members advance through Community, Operator, and Specialist levels across seven domains — medical, comms, self-defense, food security, and more. Every skill logged, every gap visible.

Group Coordination

Keep your group tight when it counts.

Plan training events, track RSVPs, coordinate gear, and make sure the right people have the right equipment. Built for groups that take readiness seriously.

Knowledge & Intel

Your group's knowledge base — organized and accessible.

Field protocols, after-action reports, training guides. Build a shared library your members can actually find and use — tiered by access level, available offline.

About the Founders

The product vision and the field expertise.

MAP was founded by a father and daughter team — one with deep roots in preparedness and mutual aid communities, the other with a background in product and technology. Together, they saw the same gap from different angles: serious groups doing important work, with no infrastructure built for them.

The field experience comes from Project 22:3 — a preparedness organization built on the conviction that a prudent person sees danger coming and prepares. That operational knowledge shapes every decision MAP makes, ensuring the platform reflects how preparedness actually works on the ground.
